Roast Duck 廣東燒鴨

$2999

Our Cantonese Roast Duck is prepared the traditional way — hand-butchered, seasoned with our own fragrant five-spice blend, cured for at least 24 hours, and roasted to a golden crisp. The result is a tender, flavorful duck with skin that crackles and a depth of taste that only comes from time-honored methods. Available fresh daily and perfect for any special meal (or just because).

Crispy skin, rich flavor, and juicy meat in every bite.

  • Sold as a whole duck.
  • Let us know how you'd like it prepared: whole (uncut) or cut (traditional style). Make your selection under "Preparation."

  • Reheating Instructions

REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: While eating day-of is best, you can easily reheat your BBQ at home!

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.

    2. Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before heating and place ROAST DUCK skin side up (breast side up for whole duck) on foil-lined baking sheet. LOOSELY cover the meat with foil.

    3. Bake in oven for 15-25 minutes until heated through to 165F internal temperature. Remove foil the last 5-10 minutes of heating. Do not overheat to avoid drying out.
