Our Policy on Returns
A receipt is required. No receipt? Sorry, no return will be considered.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your purchased items to request a return. Eligible returns must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
To request an item be considered for return, email us at orders@timsoriental.com. Include your receipt, and list the specific item(s) you are requesting to return. Include photos of the product or issue with the product.
Online ordered item(s) brought back to Tim's without first requesting a return via orders@timsoriental.com will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, please bring the item(s) into our brick & mortar store at the following address: 7015 Bandera Road, #8, San Antonio, TX 78238.

Non-Returnable Items
We're proud of our selection of products and take care to ensure you get the best items to fulfill your orders. Just like when you come visit us in store, we inspect all non-food items (cookers, dishware, etc.) before packaging it for you. All these items are non-returnable. We do not take returns on fresh or perishable items. For health and safety reasons, personal care goods (such as beauty products), supplements and medicines are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In-Store Credits
If you are offered store credit, it will be for your next in-store purchase. We do not issue online store credits at this time.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@timsoriental.com.
