BBQ Pork/Cha Siu 叉燒

$1099
Unit price$1099 / lb

Our Cha Siu is a beloved favorite, made from tender cuts of pork marinated in a rich blend of soy, honey, and aromatic spices. Roasted fresh every day, it’s sticky, sweet, and slightly charred — the hallmark of truly authentic Cantonese BBQ. Perfect sliced over rice, tucked between bread, or straight from the box! Sweet, smoky, and glazed to perfection.
