Sticky Rice Dumplings, Zongzi 粽子, or Chinese Tamales as we call them in San Antonio...are the most traditional Dragon Boat Festival food.

Our founder's (we call her Mommy) "classic" sticky rice dumplings are made with glutinous rice filled with cured pork meats, mung beans, dried shrimp and mushrooms - all skillfully wrapped in bamboo leaves that add an earthy flavor. Best eaten warm with a little soy sauce or chili oil!

  • Reheating Instructions
    • STOVE TOP: Steam over water for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
    • MICROWAVE: Wrap in wet paper towel and microwave
      1-2 minutes. Rotate and repeat until hot.

    Keep refridgerated or frozen until ready to prepare.
