Our Siu Yok is a crunch lovers dream. Each pork belly slab is massaged with our family recipe paste and patiently prepped and cured for that memorable savory and crunchy bite. Roasted fresh every day, this meat is not only delicious as a "snack" on its own, but an easy way to shake up a slider, top off bowls of ramen or rice, or throw in a braising pot with collard greens! Salty, rich and crunchy.

  • Reheating Instructions

    RE-HEAT INSTRUCTIONS: While eating day-of is best, you can easily reheat your BBQ at home!

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.

    2. Remove meat from fridge 30 minutes before heating. Wrap the meaty portion of the ROAST PORK loosely in foil, leaving the skin exposed. Place meat on a baking sheet, skin side up. 

    3. Bake in oven for 15-25 minutes until heated through to 165F internal temperature. Do not overheat to avoid drying out.
