These grilled chicken skewers are marinated in lemongrass, garlic, and pomegranate molasses for a tangy-sweet finish with a hint of smoke. Paired with rice pilaf or a crunchy shredded salad, they’re perfect for outdoor grilling or indoor cravings for bold flavor.

2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, cubed

3 tablespoons Lemongrass, finely minced

2 tablespoons Three Crabs Fish Sauce

¼ cup Pomegranate Honey/Molasses/Syrup

DO THIS
Put everything except chicken into blender or food processor. Process 1 minute.
Pour marinade over chicken and let marinate while heating grill.
- If desired, skewer meat and then grill 3-5 minutes on medium high. Rotate to grill on other sides 2-3 minutes each.
- Rest 5-10 minutes
