A showstopper that’s surprisingly easy, this whole striped bass is stuffed with lemon and herbs, rubbed with a garlicky green sauce, and roasted until flaky and moist. It’s a one-pan wonder that brings everyone to the table—forks in hand and ready to dig in.
Ingredients

11” Striped Bass, cleaned and scales removed

1 Meyer Lemon, sliced into ¼” rounds

3 Garlic Cloves, chopped

3 Green Onions, chopped

½ cup Italian Parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons Kosher Salt

2 teaspoons Black Pepper

2 tablespoons Avocado Oil

Preheat oven to 400F.
Wash and pat dry fish. Place parchment on large sheet pan. Layer 1/2 lemon slices on sheet pan. Place bass on top of lemons.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together, including lemons. Layer remaining lemons inside fish belly. Rub some green sauce into the belly, too. Cover the fish with the remaining green sauce.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes in thickest part. Serve immediately on sheet pan. Give everyone a fork and dig in!
