This fresh, crunchy twist on a classic mu shu features shredded chicken and crisp veggies tossed in a tangy mustard-hoisin sauce, all wrapped in soft steamed pancakes. Great for DIY dinners and picky eaters alike.
Ingredients

1.5 cup Cooked Chicken, Hand-Shredded

½ cup Carrots, shredded

½ cup Celery, julienned

½ cup Cucumber, julienned

¼ cup Cilantro

2 tablespoons Chinese Hot Mustard

2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce + Extra

¼ cup Kong Yen Rice Vinegar

2 tablespoons Sugar/Honey

1 tablespoon Salt

1 teaspoon Ground White Pepper

2-3 tablespoons Kadoya Sesame Oil

10-20 Mu Shu Wrappers, thawed and steamed

DO THIS
- Mix sauce ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Add chicken and toss to coat. Add veggies and herbs and gently toss to mix.
- Open mu shu wrapper and fill with chicken, roll and serve with extra hoisin sauce.
- TIP: Keep mu shu wrappers warm with a damp tea or paper towel. A tortilla warmer works great, too!
