Simple, chilled, and full of umami—this tofu salad is tossed with oyster sauce, sesame oil, cilantro, and scallions for a flavorful, protein-rich side. It’s cool, refreshing, and incredibly satisfying alongside grilled meats, rice dishes, or on its own.
Ingredients

1 Container Fresh Tofu, medium or firm

3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce

1.5 teaspoons Kadoya Sesame Oil

1 Green Onion, julienned

3 tablespoons Cilantro Leaves

½ teaspoon White Pepper

DO THIS
Rinse and drain tofu. Cut into 1” cubes. Set aside on paper towels.
Mix everything else together in a large bowl. Gently fold in tofu cubes to coat.
Chill for another 30-60 minutes before serving!
